HORRIBLE MISTAKE

When I first saw the vehicle I fell in love with it. I was sold on the exceptional warranty only to find out less than a month of owning it and having an issue that the warranty didn’t cover my issue. My issue was a manufacturing defect and they refused to cover it. My experience with Hyundai has not been a good one and I would NEVER recommend anyone buy one as they DO NOT stand behind their product or brand.

Santa Fe

I love my SantaFe. This is my second one. My 2004 was longest vehicle I had with only regular maintenance needed. Hoping this one will last almost 15 yrs with no problems. Would definitely recommend.

Love my 2018 Santa Fe

I love my Santa Fe! I have the ultimate tech package and turbo! The dealer said I would never go back to a basic package and he was right! It is comfortable, responsive, and attractive! I love music and the sound is fabulous, too! I wish it had heated windshield wipers. Otherwise perfect!!

2018 Santa Fe Perfect

Very impressed by our 2018 AWD turbo Santa Fe purchased one year ago new as a second vehicle. It has nearly every creature comfort of our Audi Q7 (except not as quiet) but at about $30k less. Maybe we should have made this our “first and second” vehicle :)

Great vehicle except for the electronics

This is my second Santa Fe. I love it, it handles well, gets food gas mileage and will hold a ton of cargo. I don’t like the radio and electronic features like for the air and heat. It’s complicated to use while driving and the radio has too much to it. It’s not user friendly at all. It seems like I can’t just turn on the radio and set some channels. When I plug my phone in everything seems to go haywire.

I love my Santa Fe sport. It’s roomy but not oversized. Comfortable and extremely reliable. The best vehicle I’ve ever used during the harsh Western Maryland winters. Will purchase another Hyundai when the time comes

Good Overall SUV

Rides well, very quiet, AWESOME ELECTRONICS PACKAGE, Great 10 year warranty with 7 year bumper to bumper. The motor is more powerful than other SUVs. Excellent sound system with Sirius subscription. Complete integration via Android Auto, including navigation. The vehicle alert system works well, it is a must have, back camera works great at night, day, rain, and snow.Unmatched Deal!

Spectacular Santa Fe Sport

The SUV vehicle that I chose has exceeded my exceeded my expectations. The upgrade to an AWD vehicle was necessary living upstate New York. I've enjoyed the transition to my new vehicle with the smooth, comfortable ride. The areas of improvement should include acceleration from a stop and gas efficiency.

This the first Hyundai SUV we purchased we previously owned 5 other Hyundai vehicles. We initially were looking at the Subaru, but this Santa Fe has met all our expectations in value for our dollar. There is no doubt that we will recommend our friends looking at the Hyundai Santa Fe.

Definitely could be better

I like the vehicle but it could offer more room throughout. The seats could be sturdier and more bells and whistles could be offered on/with the vehicle to give it MORE. The basic cars and SUV's are now coming with plenty of bells and whistles upfront for the cost that we pay for a basic SUV with Hyundai with not even a quarter of the bells and whistles. The transmission could also be better. Its difficult to pull hills and the gas mileage could be 5-10 miles greater. It's the only car we have so I pit gas every 3 days. Far more than I would likw.

I love my Sport! It is everything I wanted it to be. It looks great and practically drives itself. It has all the safety features and I love them! The greatest compliment; my 21-year old grandson loves to drive my car and likes it a lot.

Reviewing our 2018 Santa Fe Sport.

We took our 5 year old Elantra in for service, and walked out with our Santa Fe Sport! Having a home built Teardrop camper, we needed a better "pulling" vehicle. The Santa Fe Sport has truly filled that spot! We love the vehicle! We don't even know that we are pulling anything! And our dog loves it!!

Great Overall Vehicle

I purchased this Santa Fe Sport for my wife to replace the Hyundai Elantra she had. This is a great SUV! It does well on gas and has ample amount of room in the cabin area. I'm very happy with this purchase I made for her, and she likes the styling and look and handling of the vehicle. It has great pickup and acceleration for a small SUV.

2018 Santa Fe Sport

When we purchased the vehicle, I was not 100% in favor of this vehicle. After driving for a while, I decided it was a very good vehicle after all. The gas mileage is super. It is roomy and quiet. It has so many options that I am still discovering each time I drive. The color was not what I wanted but like I said this was not what I was looking for. Since driving for app. 9 months, I decided the black color wasn't too bad after all. I wanted a white car because they are usually cooler, and I like the looks of the white vehicles. The salesman told me that the black would not be hard to keep up and didn't get any hotter than any other color. I am very pleased with this vehicle and all the salesman and service dept. at All Star Hyundai. Thanks Everyone

Too Many Reminders

Like the vehicle. However, all the silly pop ups and reminders on the screen are aggravating. Feels like a system created to create more revenue for Hyundai and cost more $$$ for me. So I am recommending that this system be eliminated. It is telling me I need service done 4 days after I brought my vehicle to the shop. I don't trust these systems as they are designed with the intent of generating more service revenue for the dealership. They are not implemented with the intention of improving the experience of the driver. Anyone who says anything different is misleading.

Very nice car so far love the warranty and One of the reasons I got one is I’ve seen these on the road that are 15 years old. This tells me there a good quality car and the warranty I don’t see how it can be beat

BEST CARE IN THE WORLD!!!!!

I LOVE my car so very much. The color, Twilight, which all I saw initially was the color black, is beautifully metalic . It rides like a dream, little to no maintenance and I would definitely buy another Santa Fe later down the road.
