These people are amazing! Daron and his Sister are great at what they do. I have a Lexus that started
giving me problems. I took it to another shop who said there were so many diagnostic codes that they said they couldn't work on it and I had to take it to the dealer. The dealer found 28 diagnostic codes and quoted me the work. I called Herb's Garage and Daron quoted me significantly lower prices so I took it there. It took a few weeks to fix the issue because there were so many codes. Even after they fixed the noticeable issue (rough idle), the check engine would still come on. They finally fixed that issue. The car was a problem with only 60k miles. Daron and his team definitely worked hard on it and solved the difficult problem. They were gracious enough to help out with a rental for a little bit of time too. They charged very reasonable prices, especially for the amount of work performed. Car now runs great. It's safe to say that I finally found a mechanic who I consider my mechanic.

lly know what they're doing I came in one time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee it was making a noise and the guy literally knew what it was right away it was the muffler he recommended me a muffler shop and problem was solved the vehicle has been inspected by two different mechanics one saying it was the engine and it needed a rebuilt and one of them saying it was the whole exhaust system but they were wrong. ys, no matter where you go, good customer service is hard to find. My family has purchased as well as brought our vehicles to Toyota HB for multiple years and I would say their sales and service has been decent at best. However, most recently Bryan was my contact when it came time to decide how to proceed with my Sequoia lease, and I have never received better customer service in my life. I had a complicated situation, and he jumped through hoops with me keeping in touch over a 6 week period to help me decide the best way to go about acquiring a new car, and what to do with “Big Brenda” before her lease was up. I never even met Bryan in person, never shook his hand, he never made even a dollar from our text/email interactions.

for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!
Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough.
