Very glad to have had my vehicle thoroughly inspected for faulty parts/systems
I pretty much knew that I needed front brakes as the noise that began not too long ago, whenever I br
aked was getting louder. But, as I explained, when I went in to get the brakes replaced the other day, there were a # of other concerning noises & lights lighting up on the limited dash of my 2005 Cobalt that baffled me--like the ABS light going on; a strange "metallic" noise I heard each time that I turned the wheel to the R, etc. So, when the car was up on the hoist & thoroughly examined by the mechanic, legitimate reasons were found for that ABS light going on, the strange noise, etc. Steve always has every repair his mechanic finds needing repairing or replacing explicitly detailed in writing when he comes to let me know all that it needs & an approximate cost for what he has detailed. I always tell him: "I need to have a safe car. So do all that needs to be done to assure me of that". I have been bringing my car to this Firestone for any & ALL its needs for the past 9 years. I have complete trust in the professionalism of every employee that works there--both at the front desk, & the mechanics that they employ. (My only concern, at this point, is that my monetary funds are getting to the point that I don't know if I can afford many, or any, more significant repairs to my vehicle. It's NOT that they overcharge, at all. It's just that I've gone thru a lot of my savings between keeping my car in A-1 condition & occasional, expensive dental work done when deemed necessary). But I'll keep going to this Firestone for all things auto .'til I run out of $, or can no longer drive in my upcoming 80s.

We had a leak in our tire. They were booked up, but put air in. We had to return to leave our car, be
cause we couldn’t make it back o our cabin. They had a last minute cancel and worked us right in. The service was friendly and they went the extra mile to help. The office and restroom was very clean and we felt comfortable. I told everyone about our experience and highly recommended them.
