le to tolerable. My recent new vehicle purchase with Epic (Brien) Ford was unexpectedly aMazIng! My initial arrival, I was greeted by a professional and personable representative, Sriram (Ram). Ram and Brodie collaborated to provide an objective comparison of my criteria to several ford vehicles. Once I had selected a vehicle, Brodie began his work to provide the best financing options and kept the credit inquires to a minimal. Afterwards, the dreaded paperwork process – Paul made this portion of the process concise and pleasant.
The facilities are upscale, very clean and easy to use. Not to mention the beverage and food court has a decent selection.

Rather than adding another task to my plate, he proactively coordinated a valet pickup for the following day for a vehicle service. This level of white-glove service turned a task for me into a complete non-issue.
For those who do choose to wait on-site, the dealership itself is masterfully designed. The waiting area has a genuine spa-like quality—it is calm, sophisticated, and incredibly accommodating. It is the perfect environment to stay productive without the usual noise and chaos of a standard service center.

My recent experience with your service department, from beginning to end, would probably rate a 3. T
here was some poor communication on the front end and a gasket of some kind that was seated properly which left an oil stain in my driveway...which required a second trip to your shop. Mistakes get made, I get it.
The reason for the 5 star review was the outstanding work of your Service Manager, Rich Conley. I contacted him directly and he responded immediately, digging into what happened and provided a clear explanation. Throughout the process, he reiterated that he wanted to do the "right thing" and worked hard to come up with a resolution. We were able to work things out in a fair and equitable way. Rich took a customer that was ready to contact the BBB and because of his professionalism, brought that customer back into the Toyota family.
