I could not get the Ford App to work on my cell phone so Tyler Tolley, the salesperson with whom we worked in purchasing the vehicle, worked with both mine and my wife's phones to get the app to work correctly. Everything is fine now after he spent 20 minutes working around two I-phones and a couple of non-technical clients.
