Rear main &Torque converter hub seals replacement
Both Ms Conti and Mr Ritch were very helpful, courteous and friendly. My truck was finished in two days as promised, and Mr Ritch noticed that I am a veteran and gave me a discount on my bill. I’d also like mention and thank Mr Baker for his help and professionalism. Mike White Ford was typically Top Drawer!

Problem with door latch; factory recall
When the temp fell to 20 degrees, the driver door on our 2015 F-150 would not latch. I called the dealership at 6 PM and was informed by the young lady at the Service Dep’t. of a factory recall. She scheduled an appointment for us. The Service Dep’t. repaired the truck. Problem solved! A+ service. Thank you.

Oil leak diagnosis
Brought my truck in for a diagnosis of an oil seep. I waited over 3 hours for a one hour process. I know that the diagnosis was complete over a hour before the diagnosis results were explained to me and my truck was returned. I saw my truck returned to the parking lot over a hour before I was contacted.

Service engine soon light
The men at the service desk are great. It just seems to take a long time and many trips back to the dealership to get things fixed. We are now waiting for parts. You would think for the cost of repairs the dealership would have parts to fix the issues. This will make the third trip in to fix this issue .

3.5 EcoBoost and Front Differential
3.5L EcoBoost - Cam Phaser Issue - Parts are backordered with no timeline for receipt

Front Differential Bearning Failure - comments that it was the Hub and Spindle Bearings...and customer needed to pay...then found out it was the differential bearings that started the issue. Need to get Hub and Spindle fixed, but should NOT be a customer pay issue as started with differential which is a drive drain component

Two weeks to even look at a broken vehicle
I am a long time Ford owner and have always serviced my vehicle at the dealership. I believe the service writers are doing the best they can and when the work is completed it is satisfactory. What I find un acceptable is the time it takes to have any repairs done and part shortages. I had a truck towed in after it broke down on the freeway and it was two weeks to be looked at. I've been told they can't find Techs. As a business man I call BS. If you are a well managed operation who cares about it's people and you offer enough pay you will have the talent to service the needs of it customer. Unfortunately in our area we don't have a lot of choice for factory repairs. If I could find a good independent I'd be gone in a second.

I had my car towed to Ford. First of all I never got updates about my vehicle that was very frustrating that I was the that would have to call the dealership to get any updates.I got my car back after a 2 months I was never offered a rental car Ian’s I was very unhappy about that. i found out later they don’t offer rentals which is very odd. My car broke down again so I had it towed back u to o th come to find out it was the module that needed to be replaced, the reason my car was there was for the transmission.I have my car back now I just feel they could of done better with keeping me in the loop I wouldn’t go back if I hav one her issues Thank You

On 1/12/22 I took mey F250 in for starter bendix issue and was told I needed flex plate and commplete starter. I was quoted $1500.00 (verbal) max for the repair. When I picked up the truck the invoice was $1995.29 needless to say I was very disappointed that no even called to let me know about the increase.
1 day later the check engine light came on and I was told the engine needed recalibrated because the trans was removed. I took the truck back in and it was recalibrated. One more day passed and the check engine light came back on and it is still on. called service dept and the earliest they could get my truck in is 2/10/2022.
