Quick and friendly service
My palisade got AC problem and i was looking for a trustable Hyundai dealer. I had a bad experience with Huffine Hyundai and would not recommend to go back there again. At first, I was a little skeptical because I had to wait a week for my Eckert appointment. On that day, I did not dropped off my car at Eckert till the afternoon. I expect they would not have time to look at it till tomorrow but they get my car fixed in the same day. The service advisor Billy Pope was friendly and called me at 5 pm as promised. The AC service was done perfectly and i would highly recommend to check out Eckert Hyundai.

Scheduled for recall in advance (oil change while there for recall); 2 hours later, I was told they did not have the recall part.

We appoligise that your service visit was not excellent.  As discussed while you were here I would like to make this up to you if possible.   We take pride in our work and try very hard to make every guest visit as good as can be,  however we are human and mistakes can be made.

Fantastic and above my expectations!
The Hyundai dealership surprised me with how quickly they were able to identify the problem and solve it. Customer service was great. Overall, I had a great experience.
