Routine oil filter change & other
The regular oil, filter service was great.
I asked to have rear windshield wiper button checked as wiper comes on backing out of the garage and I didn't push the button. During the review the service tech didn't mention it so I had to ask - did you find anything wrong with the button. He said no. Makes me doubt it was checked.

I asked about peeling on the steering wheel (2019 Ford Edge). Parts department quoted $250 to replace. Serviceman quoted $360 to install. I had to ask could you see if my premium warranty would cover the costs and he said he would look. When I asked again later, he said no it is not covered. I questioned the high install amount and he said it would between $100 and $360 but wouldn't know until installation.
I was not happy with that answer. I expected the service department to know or ask someone who is installing to give me a better estimate.

Had better service at other places
Made appt for 2pm to have my cars tires rotated and the oil changed as well as have a tire flipped due improper installation from a previous visit when the tires were installed, wife dropped the car off at 1:40pm, with instructions to call her phone # because I was at work. My wife called at 3:45 for an update and was told they were just starting because they fell behind and would only take 30 minutes. Wife showed up at 5:15 still not hearing from anyone, only to find out they called my number at 4:45, when the advisor was clearly told and put on the paper work to call my wife's number as I was at work and could not be reached. The only reason I will come back is because in the past I have had great service and no issues but if I get this level of service again, you can bet I won't be coming back.

Getting sloppy
I’m a 3 ford household with another in the way. Something’s changed, system was down, never got a 31 point print out. Never offered if their system is up again. The next ford appt, the checkup says I need a new Air filter but they never recommended it therefore it didn’t get done.

First visit, first impression
This was my first visit to your sevice center after moving here from the Washington coast. I was blown away at the ability to drive in out of the weather and be greeted by a person who had me signed in and directed my to to your cofortable lounge in just a matter of minutes. Great sevice!

Incredible customer service
Every time I go there, all of the employees are very friendly. All of them were petting my dog, and one of them even brought me out a bowl of water for him as I was waiting for my car to be done. Highly recommended to anyone.

Tried the advertised "pick up my vehicle for service and return when done"
The process was simple: 1) call for an appointment, 2) give the employee my keys so he could drive my pickup back to the dealership, 3) answer the door when he returned with my pickup, and sign the paperwork. Easy peasy just like promised.

mike white service dept
had to replace both roof trim pieces on a 2019 f 250, which required removal of rear window. christian at the service department went far and above to get me at no cost. I bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty thru ford at the time I bought the truck but apparently that doesn't mean bumper to bumper as it did not cover exterior trim. Christian got ford and his sales department to step up and cover all costs. thank you christian. again never had a problem with the service department they are great to work with.
