Great staff, great process!
Staff were down to earth with me. Didn’t get the run around when purchasing. Didn’t have to play games to get to a number that worked for me. The longest part was waiting for finance, but the staff did everything they could to keep me from being bored. We chatted, they did everything else to get me in the car so as soon as I signed I’d be on my way, and Eddie, who was my salesman, even got me some pizza as I hadn’t eaten and I was there quite late! (Did all this after we shook on the deal too!) made me feel good about the process, and would even go back just to hang out and say hi! Thanks for making the experience a breeze!

Reyes was a phenomenal great sales rep who provided great customer service and helped me and my wife with our first purchase at Rosen Hyundai .Also Brian Acosta provided great assistance and assurance with our purchase . In our previous purchases in vehicles Reyes and Brian are the only 2 people who actually care about their customers and doing business .

My car buying experience was a breeze. My sales person Mike Becker was informative and the Finance manager Yaseen wrapped my deal up quickly yet took the time to explain something when asked. He was not pushy at all and he helped me to find the best warranty for what I was looking for. I will be back to Rosen when my lease is up and I hope to work with the same people. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

The minute you walk into Rosen Hyundai the friendly atmosphere makes you want to stay awhile and maybe even longer. These guys and gals really know the product they are selling/servicing. Great Experience
I ended up at Rosen because they had the car I wanted in the color and trim I was looking for. It was further away than my closest dealer, but I was so glad to land at Rosen. Jared was great and took the time to show me the ins and outs of my new Sonata. Upgrading from a 2004 with a cassette player to a 2020 meant a lot of new technology that I love, and Jared made sure I was comfortable for my drive home. Thanks!
