Poor service and response to why.
Had appointment, waited over a hour. Asked why and did not get a full answer. Service only took 10 min., then had to wait another 20 min. for the bill. Talked with the Service Manager, who was not friendly.

Service writer did not believe what I was telling him. Although I wrote estimates on cars and trucks for 25 years , I was wrong.
