Great costumer service
Huge motor issue on my Kia. They got me in quick as I was on a time limit. They were very quick to advise me what to do moving forward, to talk to the dealership I purchased from, and to call Kia. Even once I hit dead ends they advised me to get with Kia again. They saved me from having to pay for a motor out of pocket. They had no obligation to push me to do so, they were extremely helpful and I am very grateful for that. Thanks Don and Dustin!

Efficient, trustworthy, reliable
I’ve been using Ace Auto for around a year and a half now for any repairs that my car needs and always receive the best service whenever I go. They use an interactive system each time you check in your car where they will upload photos and charts of your car and any repairs that may be needed so you know they are not trying to take you of your money. They have always been respectful of my time and have thoroughly enjoyed every time I need to have my car serviced for an oil change or other repairs.

Great As Always
ACE always does great work. We have multiple family members that bring our cars to ACE. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else.

Best repairs in the QC
We have taken our cars here over the last 10 years and never had a problem a bit high in price but we’ll worth the money they stand behind their work!!

The great work of Ace Auto
In the past 3 years and up to this point Ace has been my go to for Auto repair. Just wish I would have found them earlier!
Got work done on my high mileage car for needed replaced o2 sensors and axel shaft assembly was needed. Installed in one day and affordable. Made a world of difference in driving and handling for my vehicle! Very happy with the all the staff at Ace.

Provided great service.
Very friendly staff. I was on a tight budget and Dustin helped me out. It took several days to complete the work , but the car really needed a lot of work . They even delivered my car to me at work after they completed the work on my car . Highly recommend this business.

Slow service
Own a business with several vehicles Wanted to get my oil change and new tires on my truck. I ordered them, once they came in I got a call to schedule to install. I picked the next day and was the first truck at the shop 8am because I was told they service in order as they are dropped off. Was told that the truck would be done by the end of the day. I get to the store at 2:30 and they haven’t even touched the truck. Dustin plays it off as if they have been working hard on it and it has nice rims so we are taking our time. Came back at 3:30 and still has to wait 15 min. Also said they don’t have time for the alignment and wanted to keep my truck overnight as if that was a great solution not thinking about how I’m getting home. then goes to charge me full price with no discount for my troubles. Taking all vehicles to someone that wants it.

Sorry I'm just getting back to you on this, we had a health issue with a family member and I've been away. I do want to appoligize for the issues on your tires. At times we get overloaded and try to do our best to keep up without rushing through jobs. We may not have communicated to you that our end of day is 5:00 which would have been helpful in this situation. I understand your frustration and if there's anything I can do please let me know. Competitive prices and job is done right the first time
Ace Auto repair is a long established business that has some of the friendliest folks you’ll find around.
The free vehicle inspection is a great deal and very thorough. You’ll know exactly what work needs done on your vehicle and the quote for repairs is pretty much spot on to what you actually pay. No surprises.

Ace auto always keeps me up to date on all they do and what might be needing attention to my vehicles. The fact that they also have loaner vehicles is also a plus when mine might be down!
