Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value your feedback and are looking into the concerns you have expressed. Due to the noise you experience being intermittent we were unable to verify it on your last visit. For which we did not charge you. We will be happy to repair the vehicle once we are able to find a part that has failed. Guillermo has reached out in order to bring the vehicle back in again at no charge in an effort to try and verify the concern with you. We will await your return call as you asked.
