Efficient, low pressure sale, knowledgeable staff
A pleasant car buying experience with a great sales person who knew a lot about their cars and helped guide me to a decision that met my needs. It took 2.5 hours to buy a car including arranging finance, which is much better than other car buying experiences I have had. Highly recommended.

From previewing/test driving to driving off the lot, the team at Vacaville exceeded my expectations. I didn’t feel pressured into the purchase and got exactly what I wanted (color and model). You can tell the team works very well together from sales to service to financing. Definitely recommend!
I only gone in to Hyundai for an oil change on my car but ended up leaving with a brand NEW..car. Sales person was AWESOME..manager also AWESOME..they took their time to work out the best deal and their patience on my situation/credit. They overall took time and attention to the wants and needs of what I wanted and needed. Great place, clean, sales and workers were all very polite and super friendly. DEFINITELY... recommend if your looking to get a Hyundai.

Fabulous Experience!!!
I was VERY pleased with my experience. I called Edwin before I decided to go to the dealership and he welcomed me as if I was a long lost family member. He was very thorough with explaining everything about the car and showed me the options- both over and under the car I test drove- so I could make an educated decision based on my budget. He arranged the deal in my favor and followed up shortly after my purchase just to check on me. I am a happy customer and will send anyone interested in buying a Hyundai to Hyundai of Vacaville!

Feeling like we were tricked
Honestly feeling that we were tricked. We needed a car and we’re sold a car that they marked up over 6k. Then they had us in there for over 3 1/2 hours waiting. Finally when they came out with “deal” they wanted more that what we told them we could and kept going back say let’s see what we can do. We’re trying to make it work. After everything was said and done the finance person went over the paperwork so fast we didn’t get a chance to stop and just look over everything. We should have been more vigilant and better prepared. As soon as we got home we were exhausted and just feeling like we made the biggest mistake ever. We did need a car so it is what it is.

It was very different because of my personal health issues during the pandemic ( exceptions were made for my safety & that spoke volumes to me as a human being)
All whom l was in close contact with (3) were professional respectful & two of them l feel made sure that l was treated with the upmost respect & dignity as a senior female who is a widow. I will share this experience with whom ever my life may touch for it touched my heart!

I feel this speaks volumes for this dealership
They demonstrated kindness coupled with empathy & still handled business in a business fashion!
