Excellent customer service!!
Added a 5th wheel prep package to my 2012 F-350.

Tried to get the work done here in Sandpoint (Mike White Ford) but was told they didn’t do that work.

Fortunately, Coeur d’ Alene did! And Jacob (in Accessories) was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will drive to Coeur d’ Alene to have my vehicle serviced!

Took my truck in for some recall maintenance and a new set of tires. Jacob was super helpful and so was the front staff in maintenance. Always like bringing my truck here because I feel like it great service.

Friendliest folks ever
We were on vacation and our 2019 F 250 broke a rear suspension part. The gentleman in parts ordered and quickly had them overnighted and the gentleman in their accessories dept quickly had them installed. When others said 14 days, this team had me finished and out the door for 1/3 of what I expected. Never been treated this good.

Top notch Service and Accessories Departments!
Jacob’s customer service was above expectations, he got me in on very short notice and had great communication. Russ the technician must be a master troubleshooter, because he diagnosed and fixed the issues I was having in record time. He even fixed an issue I was having with a ambient temperature sensor and a code that I just figured I would have to live with, and I didn’t even ask them to. It’s like having a brand new vehicle. Above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!
