Great Pricing, Service & Custom Shop

I purchased a new 2019 Ford Ranger from Mike White Ford on Dec. 21. From a Sales perspective, I received a fair offer on my trade and the negotiations on the new vehicle was a pleasant experience as I believe they offered me fair pricing. I chose to delay picking up the vehicle that day as there was some service and customizations that I had requested as part of the sale. The Custom Shop Manager contacted me throughout the week to inform me of the progress on my vehicle. He also coordinated with the Service Department to ensure that everything would be taken care of in as little time as possible. Excluding the holiday that week, my new Ranger was ready for pickup in less than 4 business days. I was thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend the dealership.

Goes the extra mile

Had trouble hooking up Ford Pass, Curly went the extra mile working on the issue with other sales reps and finally getting additional help to finally get it to work correctly. I've always been a fan of Ford F-150's and am now a fan of Mike White Ford and Curly.

Great waiting area while our cca is being service. Staff in the show room are friendly and helpful.

Your service crew are very professional, courteous and quick to greet clients as soon as they arrive in the service bay. The shuttle driver is pleasant and is timely for pickup and drop off.

Auto Start

The people you have working there are just wonderful, I had thought it would take about 2 hours and they were done within 1 hour. The service department was great and the gentleman who actually put in my auto starter was just so nice. The best part is seeing Tara at the front desk she is always amazing to talk to even when she is crazy busy. I would recommend Mike White Ford to everyone and I do.

Accessory Installation

When Ford made the new Ranger the company left a gap between the tail gate and body of the trunk. Therefore, there is a suction leak which pulls dust and water into the pickup bed when a cover is on the truck. I had to purchase an additional accessory filler which sealed the gap and will keep the foreign material out of the pickup bed.

It is a design error which the parts department has to sell a seal for the shop to install. It was speedily done and appears to work well. Good work for the shop, poor design for Ford.

Committed to delivering an outstanding customer buying experience

I worked with the dealership on a complex order for a new Ford Raptor that included a significant amount of aftermarket parts. The dealership and the parts team at Mike White Ford did an amazing job. The install included upgraded front and rear bumpers, Rigid lights, Warn winch and an turbo intercooler relocation kit to accommodate the Warn winch. They went way and above the call to make sure everything was just right and even sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. Special thanks to Tom from sales, Jacob from parts and Mike from finance. Great team and a pleasure doing business with all of you.
