Poor Service
Had an appointment for 2:30pm my car sat untouched for 2 hrs. When I questioned if it was done they said it was next. Then 20 mins later it was ready. If it took 20 mins to fix why did I have to wait 2 hrs.

Great service, but...
This visit was great! Jennifer Martinez was outstanding, but I don't have much to say about the other representatives that were there to greet customers when they arrive.

I LOVE my Hyundai and that's the reason I encouraged a good friend to buy one. Unfortunately the customer service was terrible once the money was given to pay for the car. Please note this happened at Hyundai in Concord. The sales representative refused to offer assistance to answer questions about different features on the car, NO ONE was willing to offer the name or number of someone outside of this branch to address our issues and concerns. The sells representative play a guilty trip on my friend to give an outstanding rating when this wasn't true. Anyway, as a result of this experience I won't be buying another Hyundai nor will I ever recommend another person to buy this brand.

The young lady who checked me in was great. However, I would have liked to have known the exact cost of my services before hand. I was quoted one price then upon completion & on my way to pick up my vehicle, I was told I was quoted the wrong price & was supposedly comped.
