I explained the situation. He listened carefully and apologised for my being inconvenienced .
I have been a customer for approximately 10 years & wanted to let the dealership know of my first time disappointment .

Patience
I sat waiting for my vehicle and witnessed one of your advisors advisers explaining to an elderly woman regarding some things that needed to be done. She was upset because she really didn't know if she could afford it. He advised her that it didn't have to be done immediately and just to keep an eye on her tire wear in the meantime. He managed to calm her down and was very patient explaining it.

Justin, was excellent. Explained the service that was done on my car, explained what i needed to do to maintain it.
I will always bring my cars back to St. Augustine Hyundai for service. Everyone of the staff are kind, patient and polite.
P.s. something is wrong with my computer, which wod not allow me ti input the five stars.
