Love the Palisade SEL
Jon and Kevin were very patient with me while making my decision of which car I wanted to purchase. My interest lied in the Palisade SEL, and they both were very patient with explaining all the benefits of the car. There seemed to be a shortage of this model and the dealership usually sold out as soon as they got them in stock. They mentioned that if I definitely wanted the car of my choice, I should put some money down, and it would be determined as sold to anybody else. I waited patiently for a couple weeks, and it was delivered to the dealership on my birthday. I basically had to go up and sign paperwork, and drive off... after Kevin took plenty of time to explain all the controls on the car, and get my phone hooked up to the car. Everybody at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful.

I have had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! As long as I live in Minot, I will not go anywhere else. I love my car I bought and Kevin Johnson is an absolute rockstar!!!! He was so genuine and caring and everyone there made our experience so welcoming! Kevin did not try to up sell us, he listened to my needs and wants and got me the car I came in there to get! He was able to get me an awesome deal on my trade in and we spent the majority of our time laughing and really enjoying our experience! Hands down BEST dealership!!!!!

Just Do It!
Walk into Don Bessette and just talk with someone, itll be a nice visit. Everyone is easy to talk to and they aren't the pushy salesmen type. I bought a Palisade Calligraphy and absolutely love it! Go talk to Jonah and he'll get you what you want or need!

The personnel were exceptional. The staff showed genuine concern and professionalism towards my needs. In additional their knowledge of the vehicle and their ability to explain and demonstrate to me were very helpful. I have always taken my vehicle to the service department and will continue to have only Don Bessette personnel service my vehicle.
