Not real happy
I am happy with the communication from Kevin while going thru this process but I'm not happy that it took 21 days to have something fixed that is covered under Warranty. It took 11 days for my vehicle to even be looked at and I was not given a loaner vehicle at all. This Truck has been in your shop for repairs with 4 different problems that were either covered under under Warranty or under recall. What a piece of junk vehicle; it only has 42,000 miles on it and who knows when the next breakdown will be. Probably done purchasing Ford products.

Disorganized.
When we showed up the check in person said we did not have an appointment but it had in fact been set via phone conversation with the service manager. They said they’d squeeze us in. Uh, no, I had an appointment and I wanted the mechanics to take their time and fix my vehicle correctly and thoroughly. Everyone is in a big hurry and apparently not interested in being helpful. I was quoted one price and charged another with no new service added. Where can a person buy a $58,000 vehicle AND get good service for that vehicle. Nowhere.

Warranty vs. not warranty
2019 F-350, ball joints warn out and making weird noise, steering stabilizer / dampner needed to help with a violent dangerous front end shake I've dealt with for months, since I have 40,000 miles I'm told it's not covered under warranty. it's a 2019 truck, where there is an obvious issue from the factory. I left a message last week for Johnathon Hedden, who helped when I bought the truck - no response. It's not a huge amount of money, it's the principal of the whole thing. Yes - this is the kind of story that gets repeated over and over - this death shake / wobble thing is real & you guys acted like you weren't sure what I was talking about. I feel like I was misled on a repair on my F150 my old pan was leaking and need a new gasket, I was told it would require a die through the system to determine if it was the oil pan, and it would take a day and possible over night, for an additional $69.00. I received a call an hour later and was told the analysis was done and I would have my truck by the end of the day. I agreed and received a call 4 hours later the truck was ready. I asked why and estimate of a day and an overnight it was done in 4 hours, I was told the tech just hustled. On my oil change in March I was told my rear right brake only had 3mm and recommended repair, on this visit it was 5mm, I feel misled and wont be back for repairs

Waste of time
I wasted 3 1/2 hour of MY TIME your service department can’t get their story straight. Didn’t even start working on it yet. Just an oil change so took my keys back and went down the street for the oil change had it done in 20 minutes. Can’t say anything good about your service department .

Good Service, typically high dealer cost
Had oil change, full synthetic. Of course it's very expensive, but the real issue is Ford wants you to change synthetic on the same schedule as regular oil... every 5000 miles. How much sense does that make? So going 10k. Service person asked if I wanted Def fluid topped off, said yes... oops.. 1.41 gallons, $22.56. $16 per gallon. Walmart: about $4 per gallon.. how much is urine worth anyway? I thought they would have a nice bulk container and give me a decent price, like the 55 gal rate of 3 bucks .. sorry.
I really do like to go to the dealer for service, and if they would give you a decent deal, would be more inclined to do so.
Service techs are very friendly, and professional.. so no beef there. Pretty crazy that you have to book an oil change over a week out.. but that's inconvenient, not terrible. Just get with the pricing program and you might get more business.

The $1.14 is the prices for a quart which means it`s $5.64 for a gallon. I see here we put in four gallons of DEF which comes to a total of $22.56. We used Ford DEF fluid in your vehicle which Ford Motor dictates the prices. We truly do appreciate you choosing Mike White Ford and would like to continue business with you. Treated terrible
Bought a brand hew truck cash in late 2013. 60000 dollars, when I traded it in on 2011 ranger I found that I got a lemon, to many things to list right now. Very disappointing experience. Have one more oil change on you and after that I will definitely never go back to you guys.

I brought my 5000 mile F150 in for an oil change. When I go my truck back the front desk told me I had a fuel leak in the oil pan that most likely due to a bad seal. I was told to make another appointment to fix it. Why couldn't the seal be fixed? There was no reason given as to why it wasn't fixed. It can't take more than 15 minutes to fix. Let's save people's time when able.

The tire pressure is different front and back. Ford specification it should not be that hard to check it when tires are rotated. This could easily be standard practice. Also def fluid is only 3/4 full it would be nice if it’s topped off.

60,000 mile service
Parker Ford recommended transmission and transfer case service as specified by Ford Motor Co. For my 10 yr old Super Duty. After i returned home i noticed a small leak in the driveway and discounted it since it did not continue throughout the night. The next day I hooked up the camp trailer and headed out to Montana as I had explained to the service dept at Parker was my plan. I got halfway to Missoula and notice transmission fluid heavily leaking from my truck. I continued on to Missoula and immediately go to the Ford dealer service dept to have it checked out. Our trip was delayed over 3 hours while the service dept investigaed the cause of the leak. They then explained that the transmission was excessively overfilled with fluid and was leaking out of the overflow. I went through the anxiety from this and I am the type who doesn't throw a fit, I just go somewhere else to spend my money..

5K service not done!
My car has been serviced every 5K miles at this dealer since i bought it new. When i made my appt this time i mentioned that it was also due for new tires. My vehicle was left all day and picked up the next morning, i did not realize until i reviewed the receipt yesterday they never serviced it! That was the reason it was in there, the tires were replaced at that time because its so inconvenient to bring my car in that i wanted everything taken care of at once. Honestly, they should have looked at my odometer and saw that i was almost at the 140K for my next 5K service. Very unhappy about this!

1. Purchase experience of F150 Lariat edition August 2017 totally unacceptable
2. Reported to both dealer and Ford through subsequent surveys and did not hear back from either
3. Last week maintenance service would have been 4 or 5 out of 5 stars but I'm still waiting for number 2 response
4. Cannot and will not recommend dealer to family and friends.

2015 Escape for 30,000 miles servce
Service for my vehicle was great, no problems.
My problem is the Service Advisor told me that I needed to have the transmission service due to the 30,000 miles scheduled. The cost was to be $179.95. I declined at the time and said if necessary I would have it done next time.
After returning home with the vehicle I looked in the manual under the Scheduled Maintenance section and found that it stated that the transmission is to be service at 150,000 miles. The 30,000 miles is for towing a trailer, or using car-top carrier, extensive idling or low-speed driving for long distances, as in heavy commercial use such as delivery, taxi or patrol car and in dusty or sandy conditions. I do not know which one of these conditions the Advisor thought this vehicle was used for which is none of them.
If I am wrong and this vehicle does need transmission service I will apologize and give 5 stars for the service. If the manual is correct the Advisor is incompetent and or trying to scam the public during services.
