Time to register the car
Emissions, oil change, tire rotation, registration and a recall repair that I didn’t know was needed. All were done quicker than expected and Mason kept me informed the whole time. No surprises.

I give an honest score and am immediately asked by two people to change it.
I don’t understand why it is that I gave an honest review and all of a sudden I get two emails and an email asking me to up my score. How could the issues I had be resolved?

Awful experience
I had a super poor experience with my vehicle. Lack of follow up, unexpected additional problems and costs and additional poor follow up.
