Jerry does an outstanding job of making you feel welcome, and of looking after you and your vehicle. I actually find myself looking forward to getting my car serviced! (Well, as much as one CAN look forward to such things!)

Friendly and inexpensive
The service manager was "Gerry on the spot" with answers to any questions, and the pricing on the service was much lower than I expected.

Made Good Their Mistake
The part needed for the repair of my vehicle was improperly ordered so it didn't come in when it was supposed to have. However Gerry expedited the delivery of the part and we set up an appointment to have it installed. The part arrived when Gerry said it was and the installation took less time than I expected it too. To make up for the confusion in getting the part I was given a free oil and filter change. I was very pleased with the service Gerry and Rairdon provided.

Jerry at Rairdon's Hyundai in Bellingham is the best service manager I've ever worked with. I didn't buy my Hyundai from them, but I'll buy the next one at Rairdon's.
