Thanks for the feedback. We complete a mulit-point inspection on every vehicle. In the future, at the write-up, please indicate that you want to not have the inspection done. This will hopefully eliminate the options and if you want it done, just let the advisor now. We want to work with you and make you a happy customer...always.

Thanks for taking the time to complete the review, I do have several spanish speaking employees in the store. Next time you come in we can have a bi-lingual employee assit if needed. I will look into the reason why you didn't get a confirmation email. Usually it may go to spam or may be opted out at some point of that system? The free car wash does come back wet usually; so you have two options, skip the wash or we can dry it by hand. We normally don't, because, there is a drying agent in the water we use so when the car is driven it removes the drops.
