Roger said the cost of a diagnostic at similar facilities is at least $100 but they do not give a discount towards the bill. They should consider giving customers a discount toward their service, especially when they are new. This would be good marketing for them. They fixed his vehicle in a timely manner.

Helen said she took her vehicle into the business to get repaired. They work they did was very good. However, she had to call the business to find out what was going on with her vehicle. She stated she felt her vehicle was ready early in the morning, but they did not call to notify her. She had called twice. She also said the guy at the front desk should be on top of things more.

Adley said this business was great but it took awhile for him to get an appointment to come in. He stated it was very convenient for him that they were willing to pick up his recreational vehicle from the storage area. They were able to perform the service and then return it to him.
