"Oil change"
I have been doing business with All Phase for several years. I have a new car now and brought my car in for an oil change. I had an appointment and stayed while my car was worked on. I was in and out in less than an hour. Really nice, friendly people. Bathroom was very clean.

Spoke with Ray. He said they told Ron that he needed a whole new steering column and wanted to charge too much. They charged him $100dollars for the diagnostic and didn't work on the vehicle.

We spent over an hour diagnosing that vehicle while you waited.  You seen the column completely dissembled and then put back together.  That's what your $100 charge went towards in which you agreed to pay before we touched the vehicle.  Our conclusion was a internal defect in the column.

"Great information"
When doing a safety inspection they noticed a leak on the transmission, added dye and could not find the leak. I will bring it back in a week or two to have then verify where the leak is coming from. Very honest never mentioned and repairs until the leak is identified. Very trustworthy!!
