Knowledge level of head mechanic is a huge plus
After 3 or 4 visits on oil changes and telling service a issue this time the head mechanic was there and explained exactly what it was doing and a cost effective way to fix it . When he finished he said try it and I have been and its improving each day after 500 miles I can say it's almost corrected it and I'm pleased
