Charge..Charge.. Charge
I got big work done on my car. Timing belt, water pump, total $1000+. I take the car for a road trip and notice my car is using gas at 2X rate. Soon enough check engine light comes up. I bring back the car in few days and tell them the issue. They should have apologized and taken a look at the car. Instead, they charge me for $106 for *diagnosing* check engine light and then recommend catalytic converter replacement. After reset of the computer, my car is running fine. The place is not focused on customer service and seems to be extremely focused on how to make maximum money from them

Erica said everything at the business is great. The only issue she has is her windshield wipers are not connecting right and are not laying flat on the glass. They are missing a whole streak when they are on.

Efficient with great service
Had a electrical problem with my vehicle. The dealership replaced a fuse that didn't fix anything. Becker found the issue and made the repairs in one morning. I will always check with Becker now before going to the dealership.

Reliable Service, Wonderful Communication!!
I have been more than satisfied with my service. I have found Becker Service Center to be accessible, pleasant, reliable, price-competitive, and forthcoming with information about my car's service needs and condition. Becker is the Best!
Reliable, trustworthy, and quick. I don’t trust anyone else but Becker to work on my car. I no longer live in the area and it’s worth a 45 minute drive to see these guys!

Great service
My car is important to me for obvious reasons. I can count on Becker's for being proactive in letting me know about repairs and maintenance that are needed now are in the future. I am able to schedule service conveniently and I can always count on prompt results.

Excellent work, honest and fair.
Becker Service Center takes the fear factor out of auto maintenance. You never have to worry about them telling you your vehicle needs work than is truly needed. They are fair, honest and stand behind their work. My daughter took her 2010 Corolla in this week for a 95,000 mile check and the bill was much lower than she expected.

Another positive experience!
Went for routine oil change and to have checked for what else needed at. 70,000 miles. Needed front brakes as expected, and recommended a tire rotation to get most from this set before replacement. All smooth, quick and as promised. Car service done right!
