Customer service
Be aware Bentley Hyundai on university drive has a very poor customer service call system. 10days ago had to call 15 times before any person on the service team answered. Then 3 days ago had to call 3 times to get to talk to service personnel. They rate worst I have delt with. Once you get them on the phone, things are very good.
This way of treating customers got to hurt their business.
