Vince Varilla is the man!! My X5 35d had a chassis malfunction, the SAV has Adaptive M Suspension which has air module compressors. Vince V had his technician ran the diagnostics just to see what happened if it was a software or hardware issue, turns out my right rear air suspension module was defective, it's a 2016 so the warranty is still in effect. Vince was thorough with his explanation and set the expectation when I was going to get my car back he was nice enough to get me an X5 loaner since mine was in the shop. All together I'm very happy with Vince V how he conducted himself as a true professional; setting the expectation, informing and clarity and most importantly my X5 is in one piece.
