Very efficient.
This time I was directed to go to the Hyundai car service after 7 years at Bob Bell Fast Lane. Just wondering why I could not make the appointment on line. Very fast in and out at Hyundai. When I asked the question to the young lady at service desk - she didn't know but did say they were trained at Hyundai and the "over there" (I guess she meant the Fast Lane service) people were not. Anyway, 2013 Hyundai will be traded in when it gets 10 years old and I will return to Bob Bell.

While i believe that service is highly recommended for vehicles if want to keep your customers happy negotiate your prices i understand you cant take a loss but , lower some of your prices , remember to keep individuals as well as your fleet people happy

Only need to tweet one thing
I think an appointment with “Quick Lube” for an oil change should take less than two(2) hours. Other than waiting 2 hours for my Quick Lube service I have been VERY satisfied with the service I have received for the past 12 years. Very professional and accommodating.

Not Happy
I was charged $12.95 to replace a tail light bulb that I provided. It would have been a nice gesture not to be charged for the service to change that bulb because I was spending $85 for an oil change. I was charged $134.95 for an oil change. When I questioned the change, the customer service representative called service to correct my bill. I find it very difficult to trust a company who makes these types of mistakes or is it a practice to take advantage of females.
