I had my new Kona for only eight months and for some reason the horn suddenly went out.
My Kona's horn would not make a sound, starting in December 2021 and the service department had to order another one at no cost, but every time I'd call, it was on back order. The people on the phone were very nice and assured me that they'd call just as soon as it was in. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency, but at times when other motorists are not paying attention in backing up, it was a little nerve wrecking. Now I have a working horn which I hadn't had reason to use, but that's alright. I'm almost sure there will be a time later.
