state inspection
A state inspection on 8/1/26 was rejected due to rust & I was advised to get new rotors & pads for my front brakes at a cost of over $1300. My step daughter, a service manager for another dealer, said at 31,000 miles, she seriously doubted I needed new pads & rotors & even "without" the family discount, it wouldn't have cost me over $800. I have purchased 2 vehicles here & always took them here for service, but after this incident, I won't be back.
