We sincerely apologize for the discrepancy in the invoice because our record indicates the charges were for 8 lug nuts and we replaced 16. However, if you see otherwise, please bring in your receipt so that we can make the necessary adjustment. We apologize it took longer than expected, which is why we gave you a 95 dollar discount to your bill.
