"Excellent service."
A neat and clean service department staffed with helpful, friendly associates. The work was done promptly, without any issues and the vehicle returned vacuumed and washed. Could not ask for more.

"Friendly, helpful, and never pushy"
We've been Classic Hyundai customers for many years. We just bought a 2018 Elantra and couldn't be happier with everything. We were actually considering trying Honda or Toyota but were turned off by aggressive sales tactics. When we buy a car, we want to do it on our terms and at our own pace and that's exactly what we get with Classic Hyundai. No pressure, no hassles, just friendly help. We got a great deal, too. As for the service department, they are stellar. I love being able to make appointments online. We trust Classic Hyundai's service department to be honest and to get the work done on time. The location is convenient for us, too!

"Great service"
My 9 month old Ioniq was being a stinker and draining power from the hybrid battery system... But Classic didn't give up, nor would they return my car to me until they felt confident that the problem was resolved. I actually spoke with Hyundai's Corporate Customer Care department to confirm that Hyundai corporate would stand behind the car if this problem ever decided to revisit. Janice from Customer Care in CA, said that the notes and service performed on my car were the most extensive detailing that she had ever seen. Her observation by rereading all of the notes performed by Classic were that Classic has crossed every "T" and dotted every "i" to insure my car is ready to go for the long haul. While it was very unnerving that my new car was in the shop for over three weeks, it was comforting to know that Classic is there for me! This is why I continue to buy cars from Classic!!! And will only come to Classic Hyundai for service!
