Enrique said he took his car in for an alignment and they weren't able to provide the alignment sheets. He said he wasn't sure if any service was done. He's always used the business for his car and this is the only time he's experienced a hiccup during service.

Aaron said he had a roar on his back tires, so they moved them to the front. He is still hearing a noise and he was told it has something to do with the alignment. He would have preferred to have seen what they did on his vehicle.
