Bad service
All that this dealership had were excuses as to why this update was taking so long. Not acceptible.

We can understand the frustration you feel.  We certainly had no intentions of keeping you out of your vehicle.  The campaign required replacement parts that were on National backorder hindering the process for repairs in many of our customers vehicles.  We appreciate that you have taken the time to comment.
