I came in for an oil change and tire change to studded tires. I tried to explain I wanted the better road tires on the back moved up front and the 'front tires changes to the studded tires' (I left off 'and put them on the back').
When I was called that the car was ready and saw the studded tires on the front - I knew I had mis-spoke and got what I asked for. When I asked to switch studded tires to the back, the front desk gentleman (sorry don't remember his name) just smiled and said 'no problem, we can switch that right away' and took care of it. I thought his reaction was golden - it's easy when things go as expected, the high road is a courteous and professional manner even when things don't go so well. I love these guys, it appears respect among employees and toward clients is a priority, and was reflected here.
