To much time spent in getting my car aligned.
I was not keeped informed by sales staff on my car situation. I had to ask the questions. Price was misquoted that I agreed to pay then sales person tried to get a higher amount of me.

If there are delays( parts or job getting done within a reasonable amount of time, then the sales help needs to inform any customer of potential delays. People are usually more apt to come back IF.....there's good communication! Today ....there wasn't good communication.

Great communication and service
Have been on the hunt for a new service shop and looked for a local business. Gateway did not disappoint and did a very good job of communicating with me on vehicle status and reasons why certain repairs were needed. I especially appreciated the text inspection with photos. Employees were prompt, helpful and respectful. Will continue bringing my vehicles in for repairs.

Mixed review
Went in for suspected dead battery. Got a call the battery and alternator checked out fine. Within an hour got another call, car wouldn't start when key left on 15 minutes. Need new battery. Got a call when my car was ready. Went and picked it up. Two hours later I get a voicemail, my car is ready, I can pick it up. ??
People were very nice!!! But the inefficiency doesn't build trust. This was my first time doing business with them. Will probably go back because of the convenient location.

Excellent Repair Service
Had a starter go out on my Honda Civic. Car was towed to Gateway late on a Friday morning. Wasn’t sure they would be able to get it looked at on a Friday afternoon. Dave not only got it in and diagnosed, but had the tech get the repair completed before 5 pm on Friday, so I’d have it back for the weekend. Great customer service! Thanks Gateway!
