"everyone is so nice and do not think I am a know nothing person. I admit I am not a mechanic but I expect to be treated like I know what I am talking about and the Griesbach personnel are kind and understanding!"

"Outstanding service!"
My car broke down and I had it towed to Griesbach after they were closed. The next morning, they called my husband and told him they would try to fit it in that day. By the time I was done with work that same day, they had it fixed and ready for us! I never expected for it to be done less than a day after it broke down. Also, their customer service is so much better than anywhere else I have ever been. We will keep going back!

"Family friendly facility"
Friendly service. Loved the coffee options although I brought my own since I had no idea they had coffee to offer. The waiting room was clean and kid friendly.
