Service department con artist
Car went in for car inspection first thing they said needed new battery lied battery that was in the car one year old they didn't put a tester on it had them removed battery I went to the vendor where battery was purchased they tested battery 100% ok and no dead cells. Service writers get Commission so they try to upsell parts and labor .I tried to speak to the general manager of the dealership he would not even speak to me .if you need anything from that location you are better off going to different location but the bad news is the owners are big corporate .
