My brakes were making a horrible scraping sound and it was a terrifying experience driving from my mountain home to the city! I received impeccable, caring service along with visual evidence of needing new rotors along with brake pads. It's good to feel safe again!

"Scheduled appointment...service department took car to tech... Tech made the fix correctly and efficiently. I was on the road again in less than an hour. "
Service Department personnel were, friendly and got my Elantra to the shop area where talented technicians could start repair. The operation was completed in one hour. Great attitudes and care for customers needs was the policy. All hands working as a coordinated team was a pleasure to observe.

"Good and Fast service"
Brought my new Elantra in service for its 1st Oil Change. I made an on-line appointment and wait in line was quick. The service writer looked up my appointment and told me there was one car in front of mine, but they would get it done ASAP. Within 40-minutes the service writer was bringing me my keys. I went on a rainy day and noticed that the service people vacuumed the interior for me. I would recommend any Hyundai owners to go to Inland Empire Hyundai for their service work. And if your looking to buy a new car, the Rusnak method can't be beat, I bought two-cars from these guys.

Great service, quick and done well. As well as a car wash.
The customer service needs a bit more improvement, I waited to be acknowledged for quite a while even while standing in the office. Although there was one working with a customer there was another that didn’t bother to help.
Other than that I very much enjoy the service that is given to my car
