I am driving my 3rd Hyundai purchased from these guys, the main reason being I love the service they provide. I don't need to go anywhere else because Hyundai IE's prices compete with and are better than anywhere else.

"Lost part"
I was pleased with the work done, But it took about a year for my prepaid part to be installed, I was told it was not in and they would call me, I called several times and never got called. When I took my car in Monday I asked about my part and they finally found it with someone elses name on it!!! But I was pleased with the work done,

"Repairs"
I work out in Orange County and always make it a point to have car work done there in Redlands.
What I did not like, was no one came out and told me what work was done one my car, mind you that it was in the shop for 2 1/2 hours. I paid and my keys were handed to me. I tried talking to someone, but no one had time to talk to me. They seem or acted like they were on the computer. They didn't seem to be too busy to come and tell me that my car needed certain amount of money to maintaince the car. When a customer pays a good amount of money to have their car worked on, at least tell them what they did or what was wrong with the vehicle.
