Quick and easy & fast service
This was my first time getting my car serviced at Hyundai since I bought my car. I just came for an oil change and I was in and out in an hour or less. Very fast, efficient, and hassle free. The associates were very friendly too. Definitely coming back to IE Hyundai for all my needs for my vehicle.

Confidence in service and treated as a valued customer each visit.
I highly recommend Hyundai Inland Empire. The Leasing and Service Department have taken really good care of me over the past few years and I feel very confident with taking my vehicle there for all of my servicing needs. It's great that they take care of any recalls and/or updates, wash my car after servicing it, and provide shuttle service to and from work for me. I am treated like a valued customer each and every time and I always look forward to my appointments.

Can’t seem to honor appointment times
I made an appointment for a simple oil change. My car sat in the service bay for over 45 mins before they took it back to be serviced. So it took almost two hours for just an oil change. If they weren’t able to honor my appointment time because they got behind or someone called off or something then they should let me know so I can decide whether I want to stay and wait the extra time or not.
