Pleasant technicians, reasonably clean waiting room.
I did have to wait a little longer for service than usual, but this was a more complex 30,000 mile service. I am sad that due to the water shortage Hyundai Inland Empire has stopped giving complimentary car washes.

Thank you for taking the time to rate us. I appologize for the confusion, the appointment time is disignated to allow availability of one of our service writers to get the information, write-up the paperwork and get your vehicle in the shop schedule. Back-ups in the service drive and long wait periods happen when clients drop off other than thier scheduled appointment time.

Since you just dropped off the vehicle and didnt wait, if this is your plan for future visits as well, I would suggest making your appointment for the best time that is convienient for you to drop off.
