Repair work to Hyundai
Hi everyone,
My name is Mark Ashby, and while on vacation in MS. Visiting family my 2021 Hyundai Sonata's transmission went out. Contacted Hyundai road side and they got it to Pilger Hyundai that day and because I was from out of town they jump on it and by the next day saw it was the transmission. They started working on getting me and new one right away. Even though I had to get back to the Carolina's. They got me to enterprise for a rental, and when job was completed in a few days they worked with Hyundai customer service get my car shipped back. Outstanding service and customer care. Thanks to Karen and the whole service team. God Bless and thanks again
