In from out of town with a destroyed tire
We came to Columbia for a doctors appointment, and our tire kept going flat. We took the car to Machens Hyundai and asked that the tire be repaired. We were told it had a nail in it, but also had a large slice in it and it could not be fixed. They contacted the insurance company for us, and we were told it was going to be a while for the approval The people at Machens provided a shuttle service for us to a local restaurant to eat lunch and wait for the tire to be repaired. The approval came through and we got a new tire put on. We were very thankful to everyone who helped us in a quick and courteous manner to get us back on the road.
