Flexibility
When my car did not start on a Saturday morning, I managed to get it to Joco Auto Repair. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to identify the issue and resolve the problem on the following Monday.

We took our Tundra in for an alignment check and he spent the whole day there. The very next day his oil change light came on. Seems to me that someone could have checked the mileage and let us know that he needed an oil change while he was there. They are the only ones who work on our cars.

Our records indicate that you have changed the engine oil and filter regularly from 5-6,000 miles. That would leave nearly 1,000 miles or more until service. If the light would have been on we would have probably asked if you wanted it changed or simply have the light reset. My technician confirmed the light was not on when he serviced the truck. I apologize for any inconvenience. I would be happy to offer your next oil change at half price to help make up for your troubles. Awesome Job
As usual the crew at JoCo Auto got me taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. They explained everything to me so i could understand and then i was on my way. The loaner car program is outstanding!

You are STILL THE GREATEST!
I had been having expanding auxiliary electrical problems with my 2006 Ford Escape for several weeks. I had a new battery installed which cured a hard-starting problem, but the 'Door Ajar' light on the instrument panel remained on. The overhead map lights and cargo light seemed to go on and off when they wanted to, not according to the normal pattern.
I brought the Escape to Johnson County Automotive on Monday morning and a technician soon found the problem. Based on history research and testing, he determined that the right front Door Ajar switch was the problem. The switch assembly was replaced and VOILA! my car was ready early Tuesday. I have been driving the Escape every day since and all problems have been solved!
I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs, and I highly recommend Joco Automotive to anyone who wants honest, quality repair and maintenance at a reasonable price.
