LD Automotive puts the best interest of their clients first
I have only used one Automotive shop since I moved to N. Dallas, and it's LD. They have continued to show integrity in their work and relationship with me, each time I have used me. They tell me the truth about my car and have done the right thing for me so far, every time. I appreciate the honesty and the way they do business. That's why I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

The guys at L&D provided an oil change AND let us know that our battery died in the process and recommended we replace. They quoted $250 to replace the battery. That seemed a bit high, so we just went to Autozone and saved $75 by installing ourselves. I’m sure that extra $75 was due to labor.

Great place!
Friendly, polite staff who didn't try to sneak extra costs into the service. It would have been nice if it had been a little faster - I was quoted at a 1-1.5 hour wait and it was almost 3 hours; it was a busy morning so I understand.

Gahn said it took longer than expected for the staff to get his vehicle in. He made an appointment online and got a response and an email confirmation. When he arrived for his appointment, the staff told him they weren't aware that he was coming in and they never got any information about his appointment. He mentioned the email confirmation he received, and the staff said it must have been an automatic response. He thought this was strange since the confirmation wasn't sent to him immediately after making the appointment, there were grammar issues, and there was a personalized message wishing him a happy fourth of July. The staff said they didn't have time for him so they sent him away and told him they would call him later that day and get him in. They never called that day or the next, so he finally called after two days and they got a new appointment sorted out. The service work itself was good.

Fast service
Friendly service. My only complaint is that I was promised detailing under the hood and when I looked today... that didn't happen. Otherwise, everything seems okay.
