Do Better
They don't provide free rental cars for recall work needing to be done. I have a typical work schedule and shouldn't have to change it based on the hours that you're available.

The brands of vehicles
First oil change for my 2019 car, I was talked into a tire rotation at 3600 miles. I was very mad at myself that I allowed this to happen being it was way too early to have this done and I can buy a set of tires at Belle tire and have this done for free for the lifetime of the tires. For the first service for my car it was $57. I really enjoy my new Hyundai, but not happy with how much you have to pay for regular service, this should be looked into while some auto makers include some of this or offer it at a lot lower rate.

Great Service.
Everyone was very friendly, great service. Loved that I was given a "loaner car" so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours for an oil change, and tire rotation. (I would have gone somewhere else if I had to).

We took our Elantra in for several things, oil change, tire rotation and we need a bulb changed. The service was excellent, and they were done with it in a matter of minutes, truly appreciated the fast service.

Because of kirsten in dearborn. I will never go through another dealership to get a car! This women ALWAYS goes above and beyond. She is the true definition of what customer service is all about. She is a life saver and i cannot stress that enough. You can tell she cares about the process of not only buying a car but maintain the maintenance of the car and so on. She didnt just sale me the car and after that she was done. Any questions i have ever had anything i have ever needed she would always go above and beyond. Lafontaine in general work with their customers but kirsten is more than the cherry on top with this company. 10++++++

Andrew explained what was being done, what should be done based on manufacturing specs then went over the inspection checklist with me in detail which was important since we were expecting a major snowstorm the next day. You should note I love my Santa Fe and travel far from Grosse Pointe to get my service here.

Pleasant environment
This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. The employees are friendly and professional. The environment is clean and decorated nicely. The amenities make it nice too. There was a customer talking extremely loud in the waiting area and that was uncomfortable. But, I assume the manager thought it would end on its own rather than take a chance on offending the customer. Actually, if he made one more call, I was going to say something to him myself. My service was also delayed by a recall. But, my service agent was very pleasant and helpful.
