Original quote was 1300. Ended up 2100.
We had an emergency we called
precision tune they give us a quote and we called Lakewood transmission and they gave us a quote that was lower however by the time things ended up it went from 1300 to 2100 that's a big jump and it took several days but they're friendly and the car runs great next time I'll probably use precision tune

Phillip said the employees didn't call him when the vehicle was done. When he picked the vehicle up he noticed bolts missing underneath the vehicle and the employees wrote the wrong mileage on the warranty.

Keith said he has used this business before, and always had good service. He took a new vehicle to this business to look over and do transmission service. He did not like way the way the invoice was written up. He was charged $9.80 plus tax for 1 transmission filter. It's a sealed transmission, so there should be no reason to change the transmission filter. Other than that, the business does very good work.

Marcus said he went in and gave the woman symptoms of his transmission problem and he was told it may be this or that. When someone physically looked at it the diagnosis changed from $1500 of work to $8000. So the inconsistency was a little disconcerting.

Justin said the services from this business was good, but once he turned down the recommendation to have his transmission torn open the mechanic seemed like he was kind of upset. He told him that his vehicle is ready but the problem may not be fixed. However, he mention that his vehicle is driving just fine.
