Harold said he called up the facility a couple times, and the wrong part was ordered. He would take his vehicle back again. He appreciated when the staff told him the truth, and that the workmanship was good. They kept changing dates for parts to come in and dates for the vehicle to be ready. The people there were pretty nice. Mike and Christy in the service department were good.

Chuck said he was told a couple of times that the estimate was being sent in. So he would call back, and he was told different things by different people. He was out of a vehicle for 3 weeks. Now he's happy to have his vehicle, and trusted in the staff to do a good job. His vehicle is his business and he needed it done, so not having it made it very hard for him to operate. Overall everyone is great and helpful, he was just told different things and it was frustrating. The follow through needs improvement.

clutch replacement
The front desk was very professional. Great people. Everything is going well so far except I believe the steering wheel is offset. When I came in the steering wheel was straight and now it is a little off center. I also feel some vibration from the wheel that was not there before. Other than that I am very happy with the service. I would like to hear back from Lakewood Trans if they can look at the steering and check it out as a courtesy.

Scott said the business was better than other places he has been. There was an issue, however, during the service where he asked for both upper and lower arms to be done but only the upper ones were repaired. He thought he had settled on a price and repair request that the staff agreed with but because of miscommunication the repairs cost him an additional $700.

Spoke with Pavi-Elle. She said the staff was really nice. She had to take her vehicle back. They told her the issue was not the transmission. She took her vehicle to another facility and they told her it was the transmission, so she had to bring it back to them to get the work finished.
