Friendly Service
My one and only complaint is that even though the service my car needed was rather expensive, I was still charged $65.00 for basic diagnostic service even though you advertise that you do a check engine light reading for free. I feel that if I decide to have the car repaired at that time this charge should be taken off. It is rather excessive.

Disappointed in Cleanliness
Nick always takes good care of service. However, the technicians need to be mindfulmof customers car interior.
My vehicle had black grease on the steering wheel, console, driver's seat, door, upholstery by seat belt harness, and sunroof cover. I ask for it to be cleaned and waited about 10 minutes and went in and got paper towels and green cleaner myself and cleaned as best I could. Today I had the vehicle detailed inside and professionally cleaned to the tune of $65.
Technicians need to put covers on seats and wear gloves or wash their hands.

Hello Deborah, thank you for taking the time to review our service! Our oil levels are electronically metered, and matched to the factory service manual, however, I understand that nothing is perfect. If ever there is an issue with anything we do here, please contact us and we will make it right! We take great pride in what we do and will stand behind our work, and correct any possible mistakes. Just to be sure, the oil level should always show in the middle of the safe range on the dipstick, not to the top mark. We ofter get this question here. If it is below this middle point, please return and we will check this and also make a note in our system in the event that the manual or computer was reading the wrong fluid capacity. Thank you for your business!
